Now that I am retired, I joined CFUW to meet other women. There are lots of chances to suit any interest. The club meets during the day and is in the west end. It’s a great club to keep up with the love of learning.

When I was teaching, I joined CFUW to get a different perspective of life. CFUW Nepean is composed of like women enjoying similar interests.

In CFUW Nepean we have stimulating topic and meetings. We associate with great ladies and we help up-coming young women.

In CFUW Nepean we have a chance to meet new people and make new friends. We learn about issues affecting women today.

We make new friends, keep active mentally and support other women.

The dangers of boredom cannot be underestimated as mentioned in Scientific America. Joining CFUW Nepean offers education, fellowship and much more.

I enjoy the opportunity to join Interest Groups. I am pleased I can help other women in many ways and capacities – monies, information etc. I think it is a wonderful avenue to promote friendship.
